They Got It Wrong!

Hey, Wide Awake Jackie? What up RockStar?

 Listen, I really need to tell you that they got it wrong, right? You know, my background is education, I went to school, got certified, and I realized growing up that they got it wrong. They got it wrong with me, they got it wrong with you, they got it wrong with a lot of people; in essence that they kind of feed us data and something came out of it. And I honestly believe the best approach is the Montessori approach.

 Montessori is based on a philosophy that children were self-directed. They used their creative choices in learning.  If a child gravitated towards math, the teacher would teach around that subject.   If it gravitated towards language, if it gravitated towards whatever kinetic drawing, art, that's how the teacher would instill learning into the child.

 A lot people don't get the Montessori approach because the Montessori approach becomes privatized. And you have to really pay for a child at a young age to get the Montessori approach.

 Now, what went wrong here is that we weren't allowed to use our creativeness into guiding us into where we need to go. We were taught like this. They fed us like this, and we took in it. But we took what we were taught and put it out instead of starting from within.

 And that will always be the best approach, starting from within.  Listen, you need to see, hear and be more of who you are. Hear, see and be or see, hear and be. But be more of who you are, allow that to be the instrument that guides you, moving forward into where you need to be. Okay?
